CANCELLATION

​

  • Any cancellation/rescheduling less than 48  hours will be charged a $50 dollar fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings and other clientele that would like to come in for that appointment time. Due to a short notice we are unable to fill that appointment.

Our Policy

NO SHOWS

 

  • No shows, you will be charged the full service appointment amount. 

  • NO Exceptions!

ONLINE BOOKING

 

  • When booking online we require a $25(lashes) $50(brows) deposit(non-refundable) within 24 hours of booking or at time of booking if the appointment is less than 24 hours for all clients to reserve an appointment or the appointment will be cancelled. Deposit will go towards your booked services unless a cancellation is made prior to 24 hours or you NO Show to your appointment. Please be respectful of our business and time as it is blocked out a certain amount to perform the services.

Late Fee

* There will be a 7 minute grace period before you will be charged a $10 late fee. Anything over 15 minutes will be considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. Please be courteous and plan ahead to ensure you show up on time.  

WEEKLY FILLS

 

  • Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. (must have 40% left to be considered a fill) Anything after 3 weeks will be considered a full set. Please be considerate and book your fills accordingly to block out the correct amount of time for the fills. Importantly please also be courteous that coming back with just a few lashes left is NOT a fill. I have been flexible with clients in between fills due to lash cycle, allergies during the season. Please understand coming in for fills with just a few lashes left will be a new set. (All prices are subject to change)

TIPS:

*Please arrive with no makeup or oil based products on/around your eyes and lashes. I recommend showering beforehand as you will have to avoid water and steam from contacting your lashes for the next 24 hours. Dirty lashes(mascara or strip residue, protein buildup,etc) will result in a $10 cleaning fee.

*Refrain from consuming caffeine 3 hours prior to your appointment to avoid jitters and twitching in your eyelids.

*Dress comfortably and be prepared to lay down for long period of time. (wear something warm, or you can bring a little blanket)

*Suggested: not to wear contact lenses during your appointment( adhesive fumes may cause them to dry out)

REFUNDS

 

  • We strive to provide client satisfaction here at Tru Beauty Bar. You will have up to 72 hours if you are not happy with your lashes. We will be more than happy to perform a corrective touch up. We also will fix any immediate lash lost up to 72 hours from the appointment as the adhesive normally takes 24 hours to completely cure. Sometimes this can happen when the adhesive didn’t properly cure within the 24 hours due to low humidity or high humidity. Please call us right away and we will be more than happy to fix the problem at no charge. After 72 hours then it will be due to your day to day maintenance and daily routine.
    No refunds will be given, you are paying for the lash stylist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide for the service. You may contact us within the 72 hours to discuss your concerns and we will do what we can to address your concerns.
