Service Description
A foreign fill is when a new client (or returning client) comes in with lash extensions currently on that have been serviced from another last artist. Whether a client just moved to a new city, gotten their lashes done out of town or have been serviced by someone locally; this all falls in the definition of a foreign fill. Some lash artists will not even service new clients that have lash extensions currently on; you would need a lash removal and a new set. At Tru Beauty Bar, I will allow a client to book a foreign fill with me however, In order for the Foreign Fill service to be performed, the client will need to come in for a consultation so I can properly assess the lash extensions that are currently on. If lashes are not up to my standards (to include stickies, poor isolation, etc), I will advise the client on having the lashes removed and we can do a fresh new set. I suggest removal in cases where the lashes are not up to standards because at Tru Beauty Bar, I pride myself on giving all clients the best application possible to ensure safe and healthy lash extensions. If a removal is necessary then it's only in the best interest of the client to do so. Should I fill over top of the current work then all I am doing is allowing someone to continue wearing lashes that are not safe and will eventually damage the natural lashes. In addition, the last lash artist that serviced the client is ALWAYS the one to blame no matter what, so this protects not only the lash artist but the client as well. If you cannot come in for a consultation, you can send me photos of your current lashes so I can determine whether I can perform a fill or if I would have to do a removal and do a brand new set. If I can work over the foreign fill, an additional $20 will be added to the fill(Classic, hybrid, volume, or mega volume) service.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation/rescheduling less than 48 hours will be charged a $50 dollar fee. This is to cover the loss of earnings and other clientele that would like to come in for that appointment time. Due to a short notice we are unable to fill that appointment.
